Commercial Business Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Business Executive to join our team at Topton Media. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing corporate sales and volume, developing and implementing annual sales plans, monitoring sales team performance, and delivering technical advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a portfolio of partners and affiliates to drive account acquisition and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to acquire new clients and partners.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners.
- Lead negotiations with partners and clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Sales, or Economics (or related courses).
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in corporate sales and partnership in Nigeria.
- Proven track record in retail direct sales and channel management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative selling approach.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
