Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and revenue expansion at Kisha Immigration. This dynamic professional is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and developing innovative sales strategies to propel the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships with travel agents, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
  • Manage existing partnerships, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to maintain a strong brand presence and ensure effective marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement new business development initiatives to drive growth and expansion.
  • Oversee department budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective allocation of funds.
  • Brainstorm and implement new project strategies with the business development team and CEO.
