Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities. This role requires someone with a strong background in B2B sales who is skilled in using email, phone, and other communication tools to engage with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential business clients, build relationships, and close sales to meet company revenue targets.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs, ensuring clear communication of our value proposition.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences, showcasing our offerings and networking with potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies, campaigns, and content that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Track and report on sales activities, campaign performance, and client feedback, using insights to optimize future strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners and close deals to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Technical skills: proficiency with Google Suite applications, CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales automation tools.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Corporate sales and Partnership in Nigeria.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a distinctive analytical and structured approach.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
