Business Development Manager

Blakskill Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion for our HR consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure client objectives are met.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement scalable operations and processes.
- Oversee the customer support process to ensure timely resolution of inquiries and proactive management of escalated issues.
- Track and report on sales activities to senior management.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in HR consulting or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Experience in marketing, relationship management, and managing high net worth individuals and corporate organizations.
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
