
Sales Representative in a Hair and Beauty Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at DeeCla Services Limited. This role involves engaging with existing and prospective customers, handling inquiries, promoting products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct sales visits to both existing customers and prospective businesses to identify new opportunities and maintain strong relationships.
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and solutions to meet their needs.
- Demonstrate and present products effectively to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Assist in establishing new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential customers, building trust and rapport through excellent communication skills.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interaction logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Organize training sessions for customers, educating them on company practices, including best practices and compliance guidelines.
- Track and follow up on orders, confirmations, deliveries, and payments to ensure smooth transactions and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit reports, including weekly sales plans, commission summaries, and performance updates, to inform strategic decision-making.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to stay updated on industry trends and build professional networks.
- Review sales performance regularly and work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets, using data and analysis to drive growth and improvement.
- Assist in negotiating sales packages and offering solutions that meet customer needs, using effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing support, product guidance, and after-sales service, building trust and loyalty over time.
