Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated results-driven Global Immigration Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the immigration industry and a strong network of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients interested in relocation or migration to the UK, US, and Canada.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and expand the client base through networking events, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
  • Consultative Approach: Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing comprehensive information and guidance on immigration and relocation services offered by Kisha Consulting.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their unique needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the client acquisition and onboarding process.
  • Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed agreed-upon targets for client acquisition and revenue generation contributing to the overall growth and success of Kisha Consulting.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, immigration policies, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

The successful candidate will be compensated on a commission basis for each successful client they bring to Kisha Consulting with an estimated salary of $80,000-$120,000 per year.
