About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a leadership role and drive commercial growth. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to junior sales team members while developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve the company's commercial goals and market expansion objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Guidance: Provide mentorship and coaching to junior sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve commercial growth and market expansion objectives.
- Sales Performance: Ensure the sales team meets and exceeds revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities, responding to RFPs, and engaging in tenders.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Oil and Gas industry and its trends.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
