
Strategic Account Manager Position

PST is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. This role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and proactive issue resolution
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that meet the needs of both parties
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management and internal stakeholders
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services or products offered to key accounts
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and communications with key accounts in CRM systems or databases
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with ability to think critically and creatively
• Proficiency with ERP Next or similar application, as well as experience with ticketing systems and e-commerce platforms
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) and ability to leverage them to drive business growth
• Capable of establishing process design with maximum automation and flexible working hours (±4 hours CET)
Nice to Have
• Experience in Global Trade and knowledge of German language
