The Job Description

This role offers a challenging opportunity for a sales and marketing professional to join our team. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing deals with high-value and international clients. Your video content creation skills will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing efforts and engaging target audiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will identify and target high-net-worth individuals and international businesses as potential clients.
  • You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with high-end and international clients.
  • You will prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • You will negotiate and close high-value deals.
  • You will create engaging video content for marketing campaigns, including client testimonials, product demos, and promotional materials.
  • You will utilize video content to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • You will manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
  • You will provide regular sales reports and performance updates.
  • You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales and marketing role, with a strong track record of securing high-value and international clients.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in video content creation, including filming, editing, and production.
  • Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances.
  • Target-driven and highly motivated with a proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
