Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Mopheth.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  2. Develop and implement effective employee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration.
  3. Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, pensions, and other welfare programs.
  4. Address employee relations issues through thorough investigations and documentation.
  5. Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  7. Maintain accurate employee records, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and attendance.
  8. Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and career development.
  9. Provide accurate employee data for payroll processing and changes to compensation.
  10. Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and company productivity.
  11. Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement.
  12. Support employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture.
