Solar Energy Solutions Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Energy Solutions Director to join our team at BLAKSKILL LIMITED. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and market share goals.

You will lead and manage the sales team, providing mentorship, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team performance. You will also analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership roles, with a focus on the solar or renewable energy industry. They will possess a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving growth in competitive markets.

  • Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving growth in competitive markets
  • Comprehensive understanding of solar energy solutions, including photovoltaic (PV) systems, energy storage, and related technologies
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with overarching business goals
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and leveraging data-driven techniques to enhance sales performance
