Technical Account Sales Pro for Microsoft Cloud

We are seeking an experienced IT technical account sales pro to join our team as a Customer Success Manager (CSM). As a CSM, you will be responsible for identifying Microsoft customers' technical needs, resolving questions or concerns, and providing product knowledge via phone and email.

You will also be expected to identify sales opportunities rapidly and work to close new sales or transfer leads to teammates for closure. With a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Business Central Projects, you will be able to build trust and mutual respect with both technical and business audiences.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to think creatively and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple. Travel may be required to meet with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve customer technical needs and concerns
  • Provide product knowledge and support via phone and email
  • Identify sales opportunities and work to close new sales or transfer leads to teammates
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service certification
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Projects certification
  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience in Microsoft Cloud Pricing
  • Proven track record of quota carrying and sales success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
