Customer Success Manager (CSM) Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account sales professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager (CSM). As a CSM, you will be responsible for identifying Microsoft customers' technical needs, resolving questions or concerns, and providing product knowledge via phone and email.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of SaaS sales experience in Microsoft Cloud Pricing, with expertise in creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing the contract process. You should be able to build trust and mutual respect with technical and business audiences, think creatively, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to make complex details sound simple.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve customer technical needs
  • Provide product knowledge and support via phone and email
  • Create and negotiate pricing proposals
  • Manage contracts and ensure timely completion

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service certification
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Projects certification

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience and performance.
