IT Technical Account Manager for Microsoft Cloud Solutions

The IT Technical Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and understanding the technical needs of Microsoft customers, providing product knowledge via phone and email, and rapidly identifying sales opportunities to close new sales or transfer leads to teammates for closure.
This is a quota-carrying position that requires 7+ years of SaaS sales experience with Microsoft Cloud Pricing. The ideal candidate must excel at creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing the contract process.
The successful candidate will have credible experience selling to both technical and business audiences, building trust and mutual respect. Additionally, they should be passionate about thinking creatively and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple.
This role requires travel to meet with clients and involves building Playbook; Pipeline in Support, Service & License. The required skills include Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (certified +) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Projects (certified +).
