**Role Description:**

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Nigeria. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our Project Manager and contribute to the success of our projects.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely task completion

You will also be responsible for:

  • Monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Drafting and reviewing emails, memos, and other forms of communication
  • Managing digital and physical filing systems for all project materials
  • Maintaining confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
