At SAKO SOLAR POWER, we are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Renewable Energy Sales Director. This role is ideal for an individual with extensive experience in solar sales and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage the sales team effectively, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
  • To identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector, developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • To develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • To collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in solar sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the renewable energy industry, with a deep understanding of market trends and developments.
