About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Nigeria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing local office operations and overseeing strategic accounts to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the client base.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Business Forecasting: Provide regular business forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to inform sales strategy.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all products and services meet high standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales, preferably in telecommunications, with experience in strategic sales and territory management.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Nigerian market and mobile telecom sector.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong partnerships.
