Job Description

To drive sales growth and customer satisfaction in a designated geographic area, we seek an experienced Sales and Territory Growth Manager. This role requires strategic planning, effective leadership, and excellent communication skills to achieve revenue targets and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective territory sales strategies to increase revenue and expand customer base.
  • Manage a team of direct representatives and dealers to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Recruit new dealers and distributors to expand our network.
  • Collect payments from dealers and key retail outlets on time.
  • Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets.
  • Engage in direct sales with SMEs and conduct business-to-consumer activities to enhance sales.
  • Optimize low-fill BTSs to maximize coverage and efficiency.
  • Lead performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular meetings and solution provision.
  • Identify sales opportunities through consumer research and present products to prospective customers.
  • Promote company products and services at industry events to foster customer relationships.
  • Deliver training on sales techniques and product attributes to the team.
  • Evaluate sales performance based on established KPIs.
  • Mentor junior team members and monitor regional competition.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience in telecom/ISP/FMCG/E-commerce sectors.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Track record of increasing sales and revenue, preferably in field sales roles.
  • Able to develop sales strategies and utilize performance KPIs.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and strong leadership ability.
