**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Agency Network at BLAKSKILL LIMITED. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and growing strong agency relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring that our partners align with our company's goals and objectives.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have proven experience in building and managing a network of individuals or service providers. They will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and recruiting potential agents to join the Agency Network. The candidate will also develop and implement a strategy for expanding the Agency Network and establish and maintain partnerships with external organizations or platforms for agent acquisition, if necessary.

- Monitor agent performance, adherence to policies, and service quality.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management, or Human Resources).
- Experience: Proven experience in building and managing a network of individuals or service providers.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate effectively with taskers. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of the relevant industry and best practices in network management.
