As a Strategic Growth Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs, and develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans.

You will collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients, prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, and meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
