At Odixcity Consulting, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and cultivating new business opportunities with real estate developers, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

  • Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to real estate developers.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts
  • Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.

Responsibilities also include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
  • Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new services.
  • Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Sales or other relevant field, minimum 3 years of Business Development/Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the real estate industry.
