Key Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following key job responsibilities:
• Engage with prospective customers through cold calling and demonstrate vehicle features and options
• Convert potential customers into active buyers by handling objections convincingly and escalating customer complaints promptly
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets in alignment with the company's goals
• Maintain high standards and professional relationships with customers
• Ensure full delivery of vehicles, accessories, or spare parts after payment confirmation
• Prepare proforma invoices and necessary documentation when required
• Support management with market intelligence and competitive activity reports

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Science, Business Administration, or a related field, 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry, proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
