The role of Customer Experience Officer at Zylus Group International is a full-time on-site position based in Lekki. Key Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, handling customer service inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist clients in understanding the real estate market and guide them through the property buying or investment process.
  • Effectively communicate property features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Closing deals by negotiating terms and conditions that meet both the company's and clients' needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
  • Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support abilities
  • Customer Service and Customer Experience expertise
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to various customer needs

Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. A Bachelor's degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
