About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact at Tuteria Limited. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and respond to customers' enquiries to ensure smooth daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome students, parents, staff, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and physical inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and visitor records.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and corporate events.
  • Provide information about Tuteria services, programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy and presentable.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Handle minor student or parent concerns and escalate them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
