We are Pruviabased in Lekki, Lagos and seeking a driven Business Development Officer to generate new sales opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will identify and pursue sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals. They will develop strong relationships with existing clients, conduct market research, prepare compelling sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads through proactive networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer loyalty
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to management
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of 120,000 - 150,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Commission-based incentives
  • Transportation allowance for mainland/island applicants
  • Accommodation provided after six months of probationary period
