**Job Title:** Corporate Banking Relationship Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at People Capacity Management.
**About the Role:
The Corporate Banking Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with existing and prospective corporate customers to grow revenue and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new corporate banking customers through building and nurturing business relationships based on trust, empathy, credibility, and ethics.
- Performing customer acceptance checks before onboarding corporate clients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Initiating and agreeing with customers to upsell or cross-sell bank products and services, as well as responding to customer inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- FOLLOWING up on sales opportunities from discussions with existing and prospective customers to ensure conversion of new or repeat business.
**Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any other related field from a reputable institution.
- At least 4 years of experience in a related field.
- Good knowledge of the Banking industry and related state or banking compliance regulations, banking law, etc.
- A high level of numeracy to evaluate complex statistical financial information.
**Salary:** The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
