Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Lead to join our team remotely. This is a crucial role where you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a remote sales and marketing team to achieve and surpass individual and team objectives.
  • Forecast sales and marketing performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track key metrics, and provide regular performance reports.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, content, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
  • Identify and develop future leaders within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles with a demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in motivating and managing remote teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
