Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Executive to join our Abuja office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities with top real estate project companies and institutions in Nigeria. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Nigerian building market and products, as well as excellent sales and relationship-building skills.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities with top real estate project companies and institutions in Nigeria.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at target companies and institutions.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals and pitches to clients.
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to develop sales strategies and solutions.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, business administration).
  • Strong knowledge of the Nigerian building market and products.
  • Good exposure to top real estate project companies in Nigeria.
  • Excellent sales and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
