Job Description

  • Manage complex schedules and coordinate meetings for senior executives.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and documents, leveraging expertise in accounting principles.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up on outstanding issues and projects.
  • Oversee office operations, including procurement of supplies and maintenance of equipment.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek a highly skilled and organized individual with:

  • A Chartered Accountant certification and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting executive leadership.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
