As an Executive Assistant at EMGE Resources Ltd, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your expertise in accounting will be essential in preparing financial reports and documents.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex schedules and coordinate meetings for senior executives.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and documents, leveraging your accounting knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and external parties, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding issues and projects.
  • Oversee office operations, including procurement of supplies and maintenance of equipment.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management meetings.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Chartered Accountant certification and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting executive leadership.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
