Responsibilities

  • Office Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks, support staff with errands and office-related requests, and ensure the office is organized and supplies are readily available.
  • Hospitality Duties: Prepare and serve beverages to staff and guests as required, ensure the reception and meeting areas are welcoming and presentable.
  • Logistical Support: Assist in the arrangement of office furniture and equipment when needed, and support the team with occasional errands outside the office.
