Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

At Fort Knox Outsourcing, we are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the expansion of our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new franchise owners who share our vision and values.

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy to attract new franchisees and promote our brand.

• Conduct market research to identify potential locations for new franchise stores.

• Screen potential franchisees to ensure they meet our investment requirements and have the necessary skills and experience.

• Negotiate terms and conditions of each franchise agreement to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

• Provide ongoing support to our franchisees to ensure their success and the overall growth of our business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in a relevant field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in franchising, business development, or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of new site identification and selection is required.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of the economy.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
