About the Role:

Fort Knox Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Franchise Opportunity Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and be able to drive growth and expansion through strategic franchise development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive franchise growth and expansion
  • Research and identify potential markets and locations for new franchise stores
  • Screen and analyze potential franchisees to determine their suitability
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of franchise agreements
  • Offer ongoing support to franchisees to ensure their success
  • Manage relationships with landlords and leasing executives
  • Negotiate and review lease agreements and other contractual documents
  • Liaise with store managers to obtain performance and activity information
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful setup of new franchise stores

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in business development or a similar role
  • Good knowledge of new site identification and selection

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
