Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms.
• Prepare high-quality business proposals and presentations that align with company goals and objectives.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build brand awareness and establish key connections.
• Engage in digital marketing and online networking when required to expand the company's reach.
• Requirements:
• Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or in a related field.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Canva and others.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and iterate accordingly.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• M.Sc., MBA, and other professional certifications will be an added advantage.
