Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, relevant educational qualifications, and professional experience in sales or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Drive business growth in corporate sales and talent acquisition through strategic planning and execution.
  • Identify and Engage Clients: Develop strong and long-lasting relationships with potential corporate clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Present and Promote Services: Present and promote company services to decision-makers, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of success in corporate sales and talent acquisition.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Sales Strategies: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • CRM Software: Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
