Job Description:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
  • Buid and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive growth and retention
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of BSc or HND in Counseling and Education
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive
  • Proven track record of success in retaining clients and meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • A people-oriented and friendly demeanor
  • A target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • A team player with multitasking skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
