Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Betfigo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our agent database, achieving monthly sales targets, and identifying new markets for brand building of our lotto games.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a 360-degree marketing strategy to expand the agent database and achieve monthly sales target.
- Identify new markets for brand building of the lotto games and analyse agents' feedback and market data.
- Gain and maintain a high level of understanding of the company product, solutions, and services.
- Onboard and pursue leads and maintain close relationship with potential agents.
- Initiate market research studies, analyze data, and present findings to the Zonal Head.
- Advise agents with respect to new products and existing products improvement.
- Develop daily goals for the sales team to ensure sales target and business growth are met.
- Cold call as appropriate within the assigned market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Rertain existing agents by maintaining contacts and keeping the communication gap open.
- Consistently track sales tools to monitor team sales and ensure achievement of set target.
