Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional growth and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong ability to drive sales processes from plan to close.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Achieving sales growth and meeting targets by successfully managing the wine stores;
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and ensure a strong presence in the market;
- Recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring the performance of the sales team;
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
- Presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
Requirements and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A first degree in business administration or a related field;
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
- A commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Strong business sense and industry expertise;
Compensation Package
Our compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
