About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at BLAKSKILL LIMITED. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling high-quality cashew products across your designated territories.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to maintain and build strong relationships, manage key accounts, and ensure product visibility in stores. You will achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying new sales opportunities within assigned territories and executing promotional activities such as product sampling or discounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets through effective territory management and resource optimization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing stores and key accounts
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer base through onboarding new distributors, retailers, or other clients
  • Execute promotional activities to drive sales growth and increase brand visibility
Requirements
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive with at least 3 years of solid experience in the FMCG industry
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and recommend strategies for improvement
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
