Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Business Growth Professional to join our Sales team and drive commercial expansion through identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies for engaging with them
• Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions to help them achieve their goals
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

* Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
* Strong track record of success in sales, ideally in a similar industry
* Highly goal-oriented and excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Experience in consultative sales and ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships
