Job Description


  As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for presenting our products and services to potential customers, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting monthly sales goals. Your primary focus will be on building long-term relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Presenting our products and services to customers in a professional and engaging manner
  • Identifying potential customers and prospects through research and outreach efforts
  • Meting monthly sales targets and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer retention
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports to management to inform business decisions


Requirements


  To succeed in this role, you will need to have:



  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience as a Direct Sales Representative or similar role in Sales
  • A proven track record of sales success, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
