Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

BLAKSKILL LIMITED is hiring a skilled Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the FMCG industry. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion across designated territories. You will promote and sell high-quality cashew products, build strong relationships with customers, and ensure product visibility in stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing stores and key accounts.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, or other clients to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct regular store visits to identify new opportunities and execute promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and client communications.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive with at least 3 years of solid experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
