About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls and mail, maintaining office security, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or relevant industry
  • OND/HND or Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Sciences, or any related discipline

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities
  1. Receive, welcome & screen visitors professionally
  2. Receive official inbound calls and direct to the appropriate officer
  3. Receive, sort & record daily mail or correspondences
  4. Maintain office security by controlling access and safety protocols
  5. Confirm & secure access approval of any official visit by the host
  6. Maintain a clean and healthy customer waiting area
  7. Provide clerical support when required
  8. Maintain & provide reports of all official visits and access
