We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Officer to join our team at BLAKSKILL LIMITED. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with the Marketing Communications team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market and industry, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of success in business development and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and lead generation to identify new business opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Communications team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Analyzing market trends and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • First degree in any discipline.
  • A minimum of 6–8 years of experience in real estate business development and client relations (preferably in a real estate firm).
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • CMS knowledge and experience.
