Outside Sales Consultant

The Outside Sales Consultant plays a vital role in promoting and selling Paddy Paddy Wellness products to customers outside the retail environment. This position requires a proactive approach to identify new customers, present product benefits, and close sales while maintaining an excellent standard of customer service.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Execution: Actively sell Paddy Paddy Wellness products to customers at offsite locations (e.g., markets, events, etc.) and increase brand visibility.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products to effectively communicate benefits and answer customer inquiries.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing them with personalized assistance and ensuring a positive experience with our products.
- Market Development: Identify and approach new potential customers and strategic locations where products can be sold.
- Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company.
- Reporting: Provide daily sales reports and feedback to the team, including customer preferences and sales obstacles.
- Inventory Management: Ensure that all stock levels are adequately maintained, reporting any issues to the sales manager promptly.
