
Tutor Liaison and Sales Consultant

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales/Learning Support Advisory to join our team at Tuteria Limited. As a Sales/Learning Support Advisory, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with clients and tutors, ensuring seamless onboarding, interaction, and follow-up processes to maximize learning solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
You will be responsible for introducing clients to diverse tutoring services, responding to client enquiries, learning expectations, tutor recommendations, budget negotiation, payment confirmation, conflict resolution, upselling, and cross-selling. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of clients' requests and interactions, documenting clients' request history and sales journey, and providing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reporting.
To achieve these responsibilities, you will work closely with the support team to address technical or product-related issues promptly, refer to the Tutors Success Team for tutor suggestions and profiles review/approval, and interact with the marketing team to assist with marketing campaigns and promotions towards lead acquisition and revenue growth.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration).
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Experience/Support.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Innovative, result-driven mindset with a passion for enhancing clients' satisfaction and loyalty.
