Administrative Coordinator for Manufacturing Operations

**Overview of the Company and Job Role:**
We are PRUVIA INTEGRATED LIMITED, a leading player in the manufacturing sector. We are seeking an experienced Secretary who has worked in a similar environment to provide administrative and clerical support.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, preparing internal and external communications, organizing filing systems, scheduling meetings and events, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office activities, including meeting coordination, correspondence management, and supply inventory.
- Prepare and review reports, memos, and emails to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Schedule conferences, company events, and appointments as required.
- Develop and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and circulate them among relevant parties.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
- Collaborate with various departments to maintain efficient office operations and resolve administrative issues.
- Support equipment maintenance and upkeep.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A diploma or higher in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a Secretarial or Administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and telephone systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is between 50k - 70k annually, commensurate with experience.
