Senior Sales Strategist

At Ascentech Services Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Strategist to lead our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take charge of our sales operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance Management: Oversee the sales performance of the team, setting clear objectives and driving results through motivation and leadership.
- Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to devise sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts, distributors, and clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure the timely availability of products and optimal stock levels across key locations.
- Promotions & Product Launches: Plan and execute promotional activities and new product launches to increase market share and drive brand visibility.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales reports for senior management, analyzing performance metrics and providing forecasts for future sales and business growth.
- Training & Development: Organize training programs for sales team members on new products, sales techniques, and customer service to improve performance.

- Customer Focus: Skilled in customer relationship building and understanding the dynamics of retail and consumer needs.

- Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Quick to identify challenges in sales processes and market conditions, with the ability to create solutions that drive improvements.
- FMCGLandscape Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the FMCG landscape, including product cycles, market segmentation, and distribution channels.
