Job Summary:

The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the area of post-warranty support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional post-warranty IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Strategy Development

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and key prospects in Microsoft Dynamics 365 post-warranty support services.

  • Develop strategic business development plans to increase revenue and expand the client base.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Dynamics 365 updates, post-warranty support trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Client Acquisition and Engagement

Identify, target, and engage potential clients requiring post-warranty support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.

  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored support solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in businesses using or considering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Post-Warranty Support Sales

Develop customized service packages including technical support, system maintenance, and service agreements for post-warranty Dynamics 365 solutions.

  • Provide clients with post-warranty lifecycle services, including software updates, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet the client's operational needs and are aligned with Microsoft's best practices.
  • Customer Retention and Upselling

Maintain ongoing satisfaction with support services by regularly engaging with clients and addressing their technical needs.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, such as version upgrades, system integration, or extended support contracts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, working closely with technical and service delivery teams to resolve issues.
  • Collaboration and Reporting

Work in close partnership with technical and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of post-warranty support.

  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales) to track and manage business development activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within an IT services or Dynamics 365 partner environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its applications across industries (e.g., finance, retail, manufacturing, and supply chain).
  • Proven track record in developing and closing deals, particularly related to post-warranty support and IT service contracts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, customer service, and marketing modules.
