Job Overview

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic new business acquisitions and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Productivity Manager to recruit, select, and onboard qualified Financial Advisors (marketers) for the unit.
  • Provide mentorship and team building guidance to enhance unit performance.
  • Develop and implement a worksite strategy to achieve a minimum 80% performance rate among the active retail workforce.
  • Generate weekly performance reports for submission to the Business Manager, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Foster strong relationships with Financial Advisors and the customer service team to drive unit renewals and resolve retail business issues promptly.
